During 15.10.18 – 21.10.18. International training “Strong Leaders for Sustainable Future” was held in Rustavi,International Scout Cente Rustavi.

The training participants were from Armenia, Ukraine and Georgia.
A total of 28 girls and women, the future leaders and after trainings they
will be able to work with children within their own country.
The main topics of the training were:
– Scouting as an educational movement;
– Age peculiarities of children;
– Team development and team work;
– The essence of leadership;
– Diversity of scouting methods.
